Planning Your Event & Pricing

1. Start your marquee hire plans with a Site Visit

Every event has different requirements. As a starting point we welcome the opportunity to talk through your plans either on the telephone or during a site visit. We will be able to show you the many advantages of having a marquee at your home or chosen wedding venue, such as the flexibility to manage the interior style of the marquee.

2. We will send you our Quotation

Once we have completed a site visit, we will provide you with a detailed written quotation based on the number of guests and the type of event you are planning, whether it is a drinks party with canapes, a buffet lunch, a birthday party or wedding reception.

3. Advise you on your marquee size

We will advise you on the appropriate size of marquee needed for your party and whether a frame or traditional marquee is more suitable dependent on the type of surface you will be using.

4. Extensive range of photographs to view

We have an extensive range of photographs, with which we can help you decide the style of the interior of the marquee.

5. Recommend caterers, florists and photographers

If you require information on other ancillary suppliers, we have several caterers, florists, photographers and portable loo suppliers whom we can recommend.
